No Politics. Just Truth

Have you wondered over the past several weeks exactly how did Americans get to the place where we currently find ourselves as a nation? What has fueled the myopic attitudes toward issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in our public and private sector workplaces and has promoted the current phenomenon of a dystopian reality in which our society has devolved?

DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and CRT (Critical Race Theory)

Some say it’s Positive: Essential for human flourishing and fundamental for equal protection under the law, respectively

Others counter that these concepts are Negative: They worry that DEI is reverse discrimination and CRT will trigger feelings of  guilt and shame in our children.

Are you perplexed? That’s a good place to start!

Please join us as the Bucks County Chapter of the NAACP and the women of Omega Zeta Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. initiate a public discourse on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) as well as Critical Race Theory (CRT) in 2025. We will attempt to confront bias and systemic racism by convening a town hall discussion with our Bucks County community.
